Curbside Holds Pick-Up

Curbside services Tues. - Fri. 11am - 4pm

STEP 1

Place your holds online at tracpac.ab.ca or with the mobile TRACpac app. If you need assistance, please call us at 403-443-2360 Tues. - Fri. 11am - 4pm. 

(Note: Due to material quarantine procedures, wait times for holds may be longer than usual.)

STEP 2

We will send you a confirmation when your holds are ready for pick up.

STEP 3

Call the library at 403-443-2360 when you pull up during curbside hours and we'll bring your items out to you.

STEP 4

Enjoy your items!
